At Liz B. Parenting, we’re not about telling you what to do and when to do it. Our Family Growth Process equips you with the tools and techniques required for ongoing learning and is backed by qualitative and quantitative research in parenting, human development and interpersonal neurobiology.
We’ll start by developing the habit of mindful parenting—noticing your thought, actions and reactions and their results.
Through thoughtful reflection, we’ll work together on ways to notice triggers and avoid reacting on your initial impulses and instead respond in a more constructive manner for more beneficial results.
We’ll then reflect on what happened, including how and why your actions ( and reactions) led to the outcomes you experienced.
Then the process repeats on the foundation of prior learning and the prospect of future growth.
